A Private 90-Day Suite for High-Capacity Women
the inside job
YOU BUILT THE LIFE YOU WERE TOLD WOULD FEEL LIKE ENOUGH.
Private decision support for women who are done being impressive at the expense of themselves.
success should not cost you … yourself.
You can make decisions for your work, family, clients, and everyone else.
But when the decision affects your own capacity, money, boundaries, direction, or relationships, you reopen it.
You ask for opinions. You make another list. You wait for more certainty.
You say yes to avoid disappointment, then carry the resentment alone.
You are not missing information.
You are losing contact with your own information under pressure.
You built the life people told you would feel like enough.
The career. The business. The reputation.
The kids. The relationship. The ability to handle a lot without making it everyone else’s problem.
You are not sitting around waiting to be rescued.
You are successful.
And still there’s a question that keeps showing up at inconvenient times.
Usually when you finally have a second to yourself. Or when someone asks you to take on one more thing. Or after you have done everything you said you would do and somehow feel less like yourself than when you started.
Is this actually mine anymore?
Not the title. Or the pace. Not the version of success that keeps getting rewarded because you are very, very good at it.
You do not need someone to tell you to burn it all down or “trust the universe.”
You need a way to understand why you keep talking yourself out of what you already know.
The Inside Job is a 90-day private decision support immersion for the woman who has achieved a lot, but is ready for her decisions, work, and life to feel more like her own again.
Limited Availability open for August 2026 enrollment and Fall 2026 Immersion
Private Support. Clear Decisions. No Magic Required.
For the woman who can handle anything, except the cost of handling everything.
You might be in the right place if:
You have built real success, and secretly resent how much of you it requires.
You can make decisions for everyone else, but your own decisions turn into a committee meeting in your head.
You are wondering whether you want a new direction or simply need a new way to operate inside the life you have.
You know you are not “ungrateful.” You are just done pretending exhaustion is the price of being capable.
You are tired of being told to trust yourself when nobody has helped you understand why you lose access to yourself under pressure.
You do not need more information. You need to stop overriding the information you already have.
You are not broken.
You have been overruled.
Somewhere along the way …
the woman who knew how to move through the world got buried beneath the woman who knew how to be impressive.
So you do what has always worked:
You think harder.
You research more.
You ask smart people for their opinions.
You wait until the decision feels airtight.
You call it being responsible.
Meanwhile, the decision keeps taking up space in your body, your calendar, your relationships, your business, and your brain. It is sitting in every “I’ll deal with that later.”
It is behind the way you say yes before you’ve had a chance to ask whether you even want to.
Oh, and the amount of recovery your life now requires? Yeah. That too.
That is the override.
It is what happens when expectations, other peoples needs and your own well-practiced habits get louder than your actual information.
And no, your answer is not hiding at the bottom of another pros-and-cons list or journaling prompt.

the work
THIS IS NOT A READING.
IT IS A RECKONING.
The Inside Job is private, practical support for the decisions you cannot keep carrying.
Over 90 days, we will look at the pattern underneath the loop: where you second-guess yourself, over-function, stay too long, explain away your own signals, or build a life around what everyone else can count on you to do.
I may use Human Design as one tool for pattern recognition. It is not a belief system. Or prediction. Or make your choices for you.
No handing your agency to a framework, an expert, or a room full of people who have opinions about your life.
We use your actual life as the evidence.
Then you make the next honest move.
What we do together
We do not start with your chart. We start with your life.
First, we find the drag.
What decision is asking for your attention?
What has it already cost you to delay it?
Where are you calling something “complicated” when it is really a choice you do not want to make yet?
What are the hidden costs you’re avoiding seeing?
Then, we spot the override.
We identify how you lose your own signal under pressure.
The old reflex. The role you keep playing. The part where you become wildly available to everyone else and mysteriously unavailable to yourself. Where you stop knowing your own clues and pull.
Next, we name the pattern.
We put clear language around what is happening so you can catch it sooner, practically. Not after the resentment. Or after you’ve overcommitted.
Then, you make the clear move.
Not the entire five-year plan.
Not an impulsive “screw it, I’m moving to Portugal” decision because you had a powerful yoga class.
The next honest move.
The conversation.
The boundary.
The offer.
The ask.
The no.
The thing you’ve been pretending you need more time to decide.
Finally, we make it hold.
You leave with a personal decision process, language for the hard thing, and a way back to yourself the next time pressure tries to pull you into the old operating system.

You do not need to prove you are successful before you are allowed to want something different.
This work is for the woman who already has evidence that she can make things happen.
Maybe you run a company. Lead a team.
Built a career that looks great on LinkedIn and feels increasingly expensive in your actual life.
Maybe you’re the person who has always figured it out, including when there was no one around to make it easier.
You are not looking for a personality quiz with better lighting.
You want to understand why the same friction keeps showing up at the exact level where your life is asking you to expand.
Because success is not the finish line.
It is often the moment you finally have enough evidence to admit:
I do not want to keep paying for this version of my life.
Applications are reviewed personally. No automated acceptance. No magic required.
THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.
THAT IS THE POINT.
The Inside Job is not for you if:
You want Human Design to tell you what career, relationship, or life decision to make.
You are looking for certainty before you are willing to act.
You want a chart reading without real-life application.
You are unwilling to examine the payoff of staying in a pattern.
You need clinical mental-health treatment, crisis support, legal advice, medical guidance, or financial advice.
It is for you if:
You are willing to be honest about the cost of “handling it.”
You are ready to take your own judgment seriously.
You want insight translated into scripts, boundaries, practices, and decisions.
You are prepared to test a different way of operating in real life.
why i do this
I did not come to this looking for a belief system.
I found Human Design in 2008 as a skeptic. I wanted to prove it wrong.
Instead, I kept noticing patterns that people had spent years calling flaws.
The woman who thought she was indecisive was often using a decision process that did not belong to her.
The woman who thought she was lazy was often exhausted from forcing a pace that looked good from the outside.
The woman who thought she lacked confidence had often become so practiced at managing everyone else’s needs that she could no longer hear her own information clearly.
I have spent 17 years studying this framework and more than a decade applying it in real life with real people.
I do not teach from a mountaintop. I teach from the trail.
I am a single mom. I have had to make decisions before I felt ready, build a life with real constraints, and learn the difference between grit and self-abandonment.
This is not about becoming a more “aligned” version of yourself.
It is about becoming more accurate.
WHAT IMMERSION CLIENTS ARE SAYING
Your life does not need another thing you consume and never use.
It needs a decision process that works when the stakes are high.
The Inside Job is $4,000 paid in full.
Or payment plans are available.
I open very limited private immersion spots at a time because this work requires preparation, precision, and room for you to be an actual person, not an appointment on a packed calendar.
Applications for the current intake close on August or earlier if the few spots are filled.

The Inside Job provides private decision support for clearer choices, stronger boundaries, and sustainable capacity.
It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical, legal, financial, or crisis support.
by the end of 90 days
Self-trust isn't something you have to remind yourself to do. It's how you operate.
You make decisions faster with less second-guessing. You stop polling everyone around you before you trust yourself. You know how you're wired to make decisions, where your energy comes from and where it leaks, how to reset when the override kicks in, what your creative zone actually is, what environment and pace actually work for you.
You've met the version of yourself you kept almost reaching for.
You do not need to burn down your successful life to admit it does not fit the way it used to.
You may just need to stop making every decision through the version of you who learned how to survive, perform, achieve, and keep everyone comfortable.
That version got you here.
She does not have to be the only one allowed to drive from here.
The Inside Job is a 90-day private immersion suite for the woman who has built something real and is ready to understand the pattern underneath her second-guessing, exhaustion, and increasingly expensive “I’m fine.”
Practical pattern recognition. Clear decisions. A life that feels like it belongs to the person living it.
From the outside you look like someone who figured it out.
And there's this thing underneath all of it that you can't quite name.
Not a crisis.
Just a quiet, persistent sense that you've been really good at building a life you're not entirely sure you chose.
That you keep making logical decisions that don't feel right.
And you've asked everyone around you so many times you've forgotten what your own answer sounds like.
You're exhausted in a way sleep doesn't touch.
You know you're meant for more - not more stuff, not a bigger title - just more of whatever that thing is that keeps almost coming into focus and then doesn't.
The frustrating part is you can't even say this out loud without feeling ungrateful. Because what exactly is the complaint?
You're aware of what you have. You're aware most people would trade their problems for yours.
So … you stay capable. You stay functional.
You perform certainty you don't feel so convincingly that people come to you for advice on their lives while yours feels like a question you can't answer.
That's not a mindset problem.
That's not a discipline problem.
That's what happens when you've spent years making decisions from a system that was never built for you.
